Tobias, originally from Hamburg, discovered his love for barbecue early on and became a true grill master. His talent was soon recognized, he won the official Grill Championship in Hamburg, a milestone that fueled his vision even more.

For over 10 years, Tobi has worked closely with Björn, developing bold and flavorful BBQ creations that surprise and delight.

Opening his own restaurant has always been Tobias’ dream, a place to share not only great food, but also the joy and creativity behind it. Now, on the beautiful island of Tenerife, that dream has come to life.

Backed by the full support of his family, Tobias brings a unique BBQ fusion concept to the table: traditional slow-cooked meats, unexpected flavor combinations, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.
